Know all men by these presents that I, Adam Bovenizer of Ballyorgan in the County of Limerick, Weaver, for and in consideration of the sum of Seventeen pounds sterling in hand paid at and before the sealing of these presents do hereby make over grant and assign to George Bovenizer of Killeheen his heirs and assigns all my right title and interest in the leace of Killeheen as held by me under Viscount Lord Southwell by Leace of three lives one of which is now in being to have and to hold the same during the continuation of said Leace together with all profits assets emoluments and advantages whatsover from the 16th Instant being the 16th day of January 1829 by the said George Bovenizer paying the landlord rent and performing all Covenants in said Leace.

     Also I the said Adam Bovenizer do make over my right title and interest in an assignment of the above Leace made by Adam Bovenizer Senior of Killeheen unto my deceased Father which assignment I hold in possession. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 15th day of January 1829 Anno Domini.’
